Avimimus nemegtensis

New cranial material from referred specimens suggests a more abbreviated, "typically oviraptorosaurian" skull for this transitional taxon.

UPDATE: I am now using Jaime Headden's fantastic skull reconstruction, which has a more pronounced, basal oviraptorosaur-ish snout.

UPDATE 2: This is NOT A. portentosus, it is a new species A. nemegtensis! Funston et al. (2017) describe it, and also have a new reconstruction of the skull, which will be incorporated... eventually...
